Description of Our Enameled wire:
1:polyester and modified polyester enameled wire(QZ),polyester enameled wire class is 130°C,modified polyester enameled wire(QZG) class is 155°C,The product with high mechanical strength, and it has good elasticity,resistance to blow, adhesion, electrical properties and solvent resistance performance, it is widely used in all kinds of motor, electric wire cable device, instrument, telecommunications equipment and electrical appliances product; The product's weakness is resistance to thermal shock performance , resistant to moisture performance is low.
2:polyurethane enameled wire(QA),thermal class:130°C,155°C,180°C,the best feature is direct weld,good resistance to high frequency , easy colored and good resistant to moisture , extensively applied to electronic appliance and precision instruments, telecommunications, instrument, the weakness of this product is poor mechanical strength and heat resistance is not high, and the production of large size line flexibility and adhesion is bad, so the product production specifications to small and medium and fine line best.
3:QZY Enameled wire ,thermal class is 180°C,the product with good heat resistance, good softening breakdown to the high temperature, high mechanical strength, solvent resistance and freeze resistance is well too, weakness is easy hydrolysis when in close condition , widely used in motor of high heat resistance requirements , electric appliance, instrument, winding wire of power tool or power dry pressure .
